Rosemary to taste
1 drizzle of olive oil
Method of preparation
Meat blend for the burger
1
Mix the meat well, which is meat with intramuscular fat, forming 4 balls weighing 125 grams each. If you want a lighter burger, use skirt steak and chuck steak.
two
To shape the burgers, toss it from one hand to the other: this drives the air out of the meat, and it doesn't fall apart when cooked.
Method of preparation
Handmade burger
1
Spread melted butter on the bread slices and brown them in a frying pan or griddle.
two
In the frying pan or griddle, add more butter. Season the burgers with salt and pepper and grill them for two minutes.
3
Mash the burgers with a spatula. When turning them over, add 2 slices of cheese. Grill for another two minutes and set aside.
4
Assemble the burger with the bun, sauce of your choice, lettuce, pickles, grilled meat with melted cheese and sauce again.
Method of preparation
Red onion pickle
1
In a preheated pan, add the vinegar, water, sugar and salt.
two
Mix well with a whisk so that the salt and sugar dissolve in the liquid and wait for it to boil. Add the crushed coriander seeds.
3
In a pot with a lid, add the sliced red onions and fill with the still hot liquid.
4
Close the pot and wait for at least 2 hours.
Method of preparation
Rustic potato
1
Place the quartered potatoes with their skins in cold water.
two
Let the water heat up and cook the potatoes until you add a fork and they are al dente.
3
Place the cooked potatoes on a tray and pour in a drizzle of olive oil.
4
Add unpeeled garlic and spicy paprika over the potatoes
5
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees until golden (about 30 minutes). Season with salt.
