Instructions

Seasoned French Fries:

Heat a cast-iron pot on the grill, add the oil for deep frying, and place the potatoes in the pot.

In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of sweet paprika, 2 tablespoons of garlic powder, 2 tablespoons of onion powder, 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper, 1 tablespoon of ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon of crushed oregano, 1 teaspoon of crushed oregano, 1 teaspoon of white pepper, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1/4 teaspoon of bay leaf powder, and 1 tablespoon of salt. Mix well and set aside.

Remove the potatoes from the pot and season them with the spice mixture.

Pickle Sauce:

In a bowl, add sweet paprika, ground black pepper, salt, ketchup, mustard, and the chopped pickles. Mix well and set aside.

Hamburger:

In a bowl, combine the beef brisket and hump steak, and shape into hamburger patties with your hands. Remember to keep the meat cold.

Grill the patties on the barbecue, seasoning with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Place the cheddar cheese on top of the patties while grilling. After cooking, let the patties rest for a few minutes to preserve their juices.

Grill the bacon slices until they are crispy and set aside.

Slice the brioche buns, brush with a little butter, and briefly toast them on the grill.

Remove the buns from the grill and assemble the hamburger. Add the patty, pickle sauce, bacon slices, cheddar cheese, and finish with lettuce.
