How to Make Blender Mayonnaise

    • 3 boiled eggs
    • 1 teaspoon of mustard
    • 1/3 cup of oil
    • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
    • Salt to taste
  2. Blend:

    • Use a hand mixer or blender to blend all ingredients until creamy.
    • This version results in a thicker, firmer mayonnaise that lasts up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
